*Nutrition per serving
| 2 (approx. 150g each) (2 (approx. 5.3 oz each)) | Salmon fillets |
| 50ml (3.5 tbsp) (50ml (3.5 tbsp)) | Soy sauce |
| 50ml (3.5 tbsp) (50ml (3.5 tbsp)) | Honey |
| 2 cloves (2 cloves) | Garlic |
| 1 tbsp (1 tbsp) | Sesame seeds |
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. This will form your glaze.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure they have a little space between them.
Generously brush the honey soy glaze over the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring they are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary slightly depending on the thickness of your fillets.
Remove the salmon from the oven. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish just before serving.
