*Nutrition per serving
| 30g (1/2 cup) | Dried Oregano |
| 30g (1/2 cup) | Dried Basil |
| 15g (1/4 cup) | Dried Thyme |
| 15g (1/4 cup) | Garlic Powder |
| 5g (1 tbsp) | Red Pepper Flakes |
Measure out all the dried herbs and spices: dried oregano (30g or 1/2 cup), dried basil (30g or 1/2 cup), dried thyme (15g or 1/4 cup), garlic powder (15g or 1/4 cup), and red pepper flakes (5g or 1 tbsp). If you prefer a milder spice, reduce the amount of red pepper flakes. For a spicier kick, add a little more.
Combine all the measured ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Ensure the bowl is completely dry to prevent clumping.
Whisk the ingredients together thoroughly using a whisk or a fork. Make sure all the herbs and spices are evenly distributed. Continue whisking for about 30 seconds to ensure a uniform blend.
Transfer the mixed seasoning into an airtight container or a clean, dry jar. This will help preserve the freshness and aroma of the blend.
Label the container with the name of the mix (e.g., "Pizza Seasoning Mix") and the date it was made. Store it in a cool, dark place, such as a pantry or spice cabinet.
