1 (450g / 1 lb) ball Pizza dough
120ml (1/2 cup) Basil pesto
250g (8 oz) Cooked chicken breast
150g (1 cup) Cherry tomatoes
125g (4.5 oz) Fresh mozzarella cheese
30g (1/4 cup) Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp (15ml) Olive oil
A few leaves Fresh basil leaves
