| 100g (1 cup) | Shelled Pistachios |
| 50g (1/2 cup) | Rolled Oats |
| 25g (1/4 cup) | Almond Flour |
| 2 tbsp (30ml) | Honey |
| 1 tbsp (15ml) | Coconut Oil |
| 1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1/8 tsp | Salt |
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the pistachio crumble: In a medium bowl, combine the shelled pistachios, rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to mix evenly.
Add the melted coconut oil and 2 tablespoons (30ml) of honey to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly with a fork or your hands until the mixture is crumbly and holds together slightly when pressed.
Ensure all dry ingredients are coated with the wet ingredients for even toasting and flavor.
Spread the crumble mixture in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
A single layer ensures the crumble toasts evenly and becomes crispy.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crumble is golden brown and fragrant. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning, especially the oats and pistachios.
Stir the crumble halfway through baking (around the 5-6 minute mark) for more uniform browning.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crumble cool completely on the baking sheet. As it cools, it will become crispier.
Assemble the bowls: Divide the Greek yogurt evenly between two serving bowls.
Once the pistachio crumble has cooled, generously sprinkle it over the Greek yogurt in each bowl.
Break up any large clumps of crumble before sprinkling for better texture distribution.
Drizzle additional honey over the top of each bowl, according to your preference.
Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful contrast of creamy yogurt and crunchy, sweet crumble.
For an extra touch, you can add a few fresh berries or a sprinkle of edible flowers.
