| 400g (14 oz) | Cooked Chicken Breast |
| 100g (3.5 oz) | Basil Pesto |
| 4 | Large Flour Tortillas |
| 150g (5.3 oz) | Fresh Mozzarella |
| 2 cups | Romaine Lettuce |
| 1 cup | Cherry Tomatoes |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Black Pepper |
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, basil pesto, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently until the chicken is evenly coated with the pesto.
Lay out the four large flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the pesto chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Layer the sliced or torn fresh mozzarella over the chicken mixture on each tortilla. Then, top with the chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll them up from the bottom to create the wraps. If desired, you can lightly grill or press the wraps for a minute or two per side until golden brown and the cheese is slightly melted.
