3 large (about 450g / 1 lb) Ripe Avocados
30ml (2 tbsp) Lime Juice
50g (1/4 cup), finely diced Red Onion
30g (1/4 cup), chopped Fresh Cilantro
5g (1 tsp) Salt

Halve the ripe avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl. Using a fork or a potato masher, gently mash the avocado until it reaches your desired consistency. Some prefer it smooth, while others like it chunky.

Add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the mashed avocado. The lime juice not only adds a bright, zesty flavor but also helps prevent the avocado from browning.

Incorporate the finely diced red onion and chopped fresh cilantro into the bowl. Stir everything together gently to combine.
