| 1 (450g) (1 lb) | Pizza Dough |
| 250g (1.5 cups) | Cooked Chicken Breast |
| 120ml (1/2 cup) | Buffalo Sauce |
| 250g (2 cups) | Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
| 60ml (1/4 cup) | Ranch Dressing |
| 30g (1/4 cup) | Blue Cheese Crumbles |
| 1 tbsp (15ml) | Olive Oil |
| 1 tbsp (15g) | Cornmeal or Flour |
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats. Lightly dust a pizza peel or a baking sheet with cornmeal or flour.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast with the buffalo sauce. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. If using blue cheese crumbles, stir them in now, or set aside to sprinkle on top later.
On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape, approximately 30-35cm (12-14 inches) in diameter. Transfer the dough to the prepared pizza peel or baking sheet.
Brush the edges of the pizza dough lightly with olive oil. This helps create a golden, crispy crust.
Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the cheese, distributing it evenly across the pizza.
Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet directly into the oven. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Let it cool for a minute or two before drizzling generously with ranch dressing. If you reserved blue cheese crumbles, sprinkle them on now.
Slice the pizza and serve immediately. Enjoy the spicy, creamy, and cheesy goodness!
